We provide free shipping on all orders over 180 USD. For orders under 180$, there is a flat rate of 14.99 USD except on items where it is specified to have a special shipping rates. All orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours, delivery time depends on the delivery carrier, most of the time the package delivery time is between 3 to 10 business. Once your order is placed successfully, we will be in touch, providing all information about your order. We will be providing step by step on how your order is doing, and what is happening to your order, you can even reach out to our support team to ask any question related to your order or any other question you may have. We will make sure you stay in the know about your order.

Our return policy valid within lasts 30 days. After 30 days no refund is guaranteed except in rare cases. The item is eligible for a return when it is in a good condition, unused, undamaged, within the original package Gift cards are non-refundable as well as downloadable products. If you are to request a return/refund, please keep your receipt in good condition, we will need it to process your return/ refund process.

Refunds (if applicable)

When the item eligible is returned, we begin the process of inspecting, testing and we will communicate with customers about our findings through email with relative details about the inspection. When The item is found to be eligible for a refund (full or partial) the Customer is notified, and the transaction is initiated. Note that, refunds are automatically applied to the original method of payment, the time will depend on the payment’s processor. If the refund is really required for the gifted item, we refund the account that has made the purchase, not the one who received the item.

Returns and return fees

When it happens to a customer to return the item, the buyer is responsible for the return frees. Please be advised that shipping fees are not refundable. Shipping fees are paid to the shipping carrier, not to the seller, so the seller is not responsible for refunding that amount.

Please make sure your return item reaches the destination safely, the seller is not responsible for items damaged during the return delivery process. We would advise that anybody who returns that the item of 50$ would use an expedited shipping option or secure the shipped item with shipping insurance.
